I wanted to write to you and thank you for the excellent Time Management course that you ran last Friday. Fran was keen that I attended but I was a little sceptical about what I would get out of it. However I found the course really useful and it has definitely made me change the way I work. Some people may think that time management is self-explanatory but it was not until I attended your course that I became aware of how much time I was actually wasting. Several months ago I attended your 'Work Smarter, NOT Harder' time management workshop. I was impressed with the presentation on the day and the quality of the accompanying printed documentation.
I found the course material easy to absorb, but implementing change has been much harder. It is only now, when I find myself with less spare time, that I realize the benefit of attending this training. I know what I need to do to keep control of my time.

We were introduced to Aj Bramwell when the business coaching company we were using identified the need for some training for our management team.
As a company A. David & Co Ltd was suffering from many of the usual problems associated with a family run business. We needed structure and needed the managers that we had in place to better understand their role, responsibilities and the effect this had on the business.
Aj helped us through the early stages by conducting a fact finding audit process with all the relevant staff, interviewing them and finding out exactly what they perceived were the issues that needed resolution. This very quickly developed in to a Training Needs Analysis Report identifying the areas of training that would offer the most effective results.
We held a team building event at a local hotel and to say that I was impressed is a serious understatement. The structure and professionalism was astounding, and when I returned to review the day at the end I felt I had walked in to a room full of very different people.
This was definitely the start of our team truly understanding the relevance of team work and how that made a difference in real life.
This of course became the next challenge, how to make the team building relevant on a daily basis?
Very quickly Aj set up and chaired (initially) a monthly Operations Meeting with all of our managers, maintaining the momentum of the team building event and ensuring that we ALWAYS came away from the meeting with a list of action points that had to be completed before the next meeting. These meetings still happen on a monthly basis and have improved communication 100%. Everyone now knows that they have to be prepared for the meeting and that they will be held accountable for their specific action points.
Aj then worked with our newly recruited Operations Manager and assisted him in setting up systems and training him in many aspects of Operational Management.
We have also benefited hugely from the workshops Aj delivered to our managers in performance management & Hr policy.
All in all we would never be in the position we are today without the expert advice and guidance of Aj and his team. Their patience and professionalism is second to none, and to have achieved what they have with our Managers is quite simply a miracle.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Aj and TrainMeNow Ltd for all your training needs.

Our half-day training course held by TrainMeNow Ltd addressed the subject of Communication Skills. The aims looked at what constitutes effective communication, what barriers exist and some of the conflicts that create them. The course not only targeted these issues on a group level, but also on a deeper individual level and explored how we as individuals can deal with and prevent conflict becoming a barrier to our own lives and organisation.
There was a genuine feeling of success and interest as the session came to a close... The most great and successful thing about the course was that everyone was involved and felt like they were being addressed as individuals and as a group instead of being lectured to from a script. Add the sense of fun and genuine intrigue and the course was VERY well received and highly recommended.
